Exclusive Use of East Fork's Estate and Grounds for 6 Hours: This includes 1,000 square feet on the main floor, a spacious bride and groom changing room upstairs, and a hardwood dance floor. There is ample on site parking and we are handicapped friendly.

A : You choose from several books containing lovely 8x10 color photographs featuring a wide variety of cake shapes, styles, and frosting patterns from which to design your own personal wedding cake. And don't forget to choose your favorite cake flavors for each layer.
: East Fork's own rich and tasty sparkling fruit punch, lemonade, iced tea, regular decaffeinated coffee service, hot tea, and ice water are available to satisfy guests of all ages.
An Elegant and Beautiful Bridal Table: A tasteful layout to enhance your wedding cake. Assorted mixed nuts and mints are served on silver trays. You may use our toasting glasses, cake knife and server. We also supply color coordinated paper tea napkins. A bottle of champagne or sparkling cider is provided for the toast of the bride and groom. Our hostess will cut and serve your cake.
Decorations: The gazebo is decorated with a lovely draped ivy garland and large bows in your wedding colors. We provide centerpieces for your dining tables. The beautiful natural floral landscape, view of our farm valley and Mount Hood complete the setting. We provide a PA system in the gazebo for the minister. We provide a draped table for your unity candle lighting ceremony, a gift table and a guest registration table.
Wedding Consulting and Coordinating: Tami Kay Galvin owner of East Fork Country Estate will guide you through the whole wedding process. She will meet with you as often as you wish to assist in the planning of the many details for your special day. Tami Kay will be there to help you with "stress free" planning, on the day of your rehearsal and be there to help coordinate your wedding and reception
Four White Canopies: Placed on the lawn area surrounding the Estate House. Garden weddings need canopies to shade our guests in warmer weather and can be side-walled if needed.
China Plates, Stemware, Silverware, Fresh Linens and Linen Napkins, Set Up, Clean Up and Janitorial Services: Provided by a professional friendly staff dressed in tux attire; a welcome relief after a day of happy celebration.
Gratuities: All tips for food and beverage are included in the package price.
